Privacy Policy for Tayaar Driver App
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Beta House for Information Technology, the owner of the Tayaar Driver App, and governs your use of this app available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By installing or using the Tayaar Driver App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use the app.
1. Parties
This Agreement is solely between you and Beta House, not Apple nor Google. However, Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce this Agreement against you. Beta House is solely responsible for the Tayaar Driver App and its content.
2. Privacy
Tayaar may collect and use certain information about your device and your usage of the app. This may include non-personally identifiable information used to measure and improve the app’s performance. Personally identifiable information is handled securely and only used in accordance with our internal data protection policies.
3. Location Data
Location data is essential to the functionality of the Tayaar Driver App. It enables accurate delivery coordination, assignment of orders, and real-time tracking. This data is only used for operational purposes and is neither stored unnecessarily nor shared with third parties.
4. Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tayaar Driver App solely for your delivery-related duties. The app may only be used on devices that you own or control and in compliance with the relevant app store's terms of service.
5. Age Restrictions
By using this app, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or
You have obtained legal consent from a parent or guardian if younger.
Use of the app by minors without consent may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Objectionable Content Policy
You are strictly prohibited from submitting, storing, or sharing any content through the Tayaar Driver App that is:
Sexually explicit
Obscene, defamatory, or illegal
Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights
Promoting drugs, violence, or gambling
We reserve the right to moderate and remove such content immediately.
7. Shipping & Customer Data
Customer names, addresses, and phone numbers obtained through the app must be treated as confidential. You may not use this information for personal reasons, publish it, or share it with any external party.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Tayaar Driver App is provided "as is". Beta House disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any legal warranty that cannot be disclaimed remains the responsibility of Beta House, not Apple or Google.
9. Maintenance and Support
While Beta House may offer updates and support, it is not obligated to provide ongoing maintenance unless required by law.
10. Product Claims
Any claims, legal issues, or complaints related to the app are the sole responsibility of Beta House, including:
Product liability claims
Regulatory non-compliance
Consumer protection issues
11. Third-Party IP Claims
Beta House is responsible for resolving any legal disputes regarding third-party intellectual property rights related to the Tayaar Driver App.
